Rivoli Boutique Hotel - Florence

The hotel was wonderful little and fairly clean, with top-class and truly helpful staff at the reception desk. The rooms were well priced. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from a spandrel arch bridge. I loved the extensive buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for resting.

Continental breakfast with bread, yogurt, and fruit. Favourable very central location, short walk to Florence train station, including a 5 minute walk to the train station, and about 5-10mins walk to the train station and also close to good dining places and tourist attractions.

Not all sockets and light switches worked

Breakfast was buffet style. Wide selection of rolls and pastries, cheeses, ham, yogurt, juices and cooked fruit. Excellent Cappuccino and/or tea on demand. Everything clean and well presented.

The eggs---a large pan of lukewarm, overcooked, and tasteless scrambled eggs. Why bother if offering is so mediocre? Bacon available on the side---not a total loss.

Really liked everything

You can see that it is a family-run hotel: the attention to the customer is total and perfect. We felt pampered the whole time. The location of the hotel is perfect and inside it's full of history. There is a small jacuzzi, which after a day around the city, allows you to relax your legs. The connected restaurant is also great. We'll definitely be back here when we get to Florence.

Very nice structure in a perfect position: a few hundred meters from the station and the city center. Very friendly staff and super breakfast.

If you have the room on the first floor and facing the street from 7 there is some noise but I found it bearable

Very helpful staff, we had booked two triples. They could easily turn one of these into a quadruple using the sofa, because it was really very large

Rooms were clean and modern. For Italian standards an extensive and good breakfast. Location of this hotel is super good to explore the city.

The hotel has a good quality / price ratio, considering the fact that it is located in the center of Florence and offers free breakfast to customers.
